Having setup, optimised the operations and managed a myriad of restaurants in Hong Kong, Australia, UK and China; I am uniquely positioned to leverage my wealth of experience and knowledge to help restauranteurs open new concepts, optimise operation, design service standards, train staff and improve sales.

The landscape of our industry is constantly-evolving and so do clients’ expectations be it in cuisine, service, presentation or branding; my passion is to push the envelope and to try to stay at the vanguard of the industry. With 35 years of international experience under my belt in the hospitality business, from waiter to general manager and from London to Shanghai; my approach to my work is hands-on and results-driven.
